No-starts, overheating, and brake failures get priority. During business hours we're usually on the way within a couple of hours; we'll tell you exactly when.
What counts as a priority call
- Won't start — battery, starter, alternator, fuel pump. Most fixed on the first visit.
- Overheating — shut it off, don't drive it. We bring coolant and a pressure tester.
- Brake failure or grinding — don't drive it to a shop; we come to it.
- Stalling in traffic — get it somewhere safe and text the location.
- Window stuck down with rain coming — we'll secure the glass same day.
Where we'll come
Your driveway, an office or store parking lot, a job site, or a safe roadside spot — anywhere within an hour of Statesville. If the car is on the interstate shoulder, get it to the next exit or a lot first if you safely can; a mobile repair on the shoulder of I-40 isn't safe for anyone.
Honest limits
We're not a tow service and we're not 24/7. Outside our hours, text anyway — we answer when we can and get you first slot in the morning. If the car genuinely needs a shop (transmission, engine, collision damage), we'll say so and you'll have saved a diagnostic trip.
