Note: this is a courtesy inspection, not a North Carolina state safety/emissions inspection. NC inspections must be done at a licensed inspection station, which a mobile service cannot be.

Can you do my NC state inspection?
No. North Carolina requires inspections at a licensed station. What we can do is make sure your car will pass before you go, and fix anything that would fail.
How is this different from a pre-purchase inspection?
A pre-purchase inspection is more forensic — we're looking for hidden damage and deal-breakers. This is a health check on a car you already own.
