What's Actually on the Truck: A Look Inside a Mobile Mechanic's Setup

People are surprised by how much fits in a service truck. Here's the short version of what shows up in your driveway.

Diagnostics

A professional bi-directional scan tool that reads every module, not just the engine. A multimeter and test light. A cooling system pressure tester. A smoke machine for vacuum and EVAP leaks. A fuel pressure gauge. A battery and charging system tester.

Lifting and support

A low-profile floor jack and rated jack stands, wheel chocks, and a creeper. Everything is set on solid ground before anyone goes under a car.

Hand and power tools

Full metric and SAE socket and wrench sets, torque wrenches, impact tools, brake tools, ball joint and tie rod tools, and specialty sockets for oxygen sensors, oil filters, and axle nuts.

A/C

A recovery and charging setup with a vacuum pump, manifold gauges, and an electronic leak detector.

Fluids and supplies

Common oils, coolants, brake fluid, transmission fluid, grease, and a drain and recovery setup. Everything leaves with us.

Ready when you are.

Text or call with your vehicle and what's going on. We'll confirm a window and bring the parts.
